February is our month for Valentines Day and yet another fun contest for us all. They say "Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend"

But For Us, Only.....Pink Diamond Hearts will do

Come join the fun in finding as many Pink Diamond Hearts as you can ...as fast as you can, for this contest is all about Beating the Clock.

I have been blessed with sixteen wonderful blogger friends that have agreed to help out in running this contest. Listed below you will find all of their names and a link to their blogs. They are numbered in no specific order. Each of these lovely ladies have agreed to post a link to this contest somewhere on the side bar of their blog. Ten of them have One to Ten........ Pink Diamond Hearts on them and six are plain like this one

While looking for your Pink Diamond Hearts .......take the time to look over their blogs and get to know them a little, you'll be glad you did. Leave them a comment thanking them for their participation in this contest..........then click on the Contest Link and it will bring you back here to continue on to view yet another wonderful blog to find your diamond hearts. You can start in any order of the list that you chose, but you will need to come up with all ten links with pinks diamonds on them. Be sure that when you find a link ......mark it down somewhere as to how many Pink Diamond Hearts were at which blog. Remember six of the blogs will have just the contest link and no hearts. When you have found all ten contest links with Pink Diamond Hearts and have the correct amount of hearts next to the correct blog that you found it at email me at themanyshadesofpink@gmail.com with your list. Well every one we are still in the mist of our January "Pink Obsession Contest"..but just wanted to give you a preview of what our up coming February's Contest might be. Polls close for voting on our current contest as of January 23rd and the winners will be announced in Pink Saturday Post, January 24th.

In thanks to those of you who have been following my blog I am giving you the heads up and a hint on our February's Contest. It will be posted on Saturday January the 31st and it's all about BEATING THE CLOCK. So...... please be right on TIME to check it out, for the early bird gets the worm. February represents to most, Valentine's Day and red hearts ...but there will be no red hearts to be found in my contest.

Happy Pink Saturday, So Glad To See You All Again

The entries are in and ready for your viewing and your vote.

First of all, I must say how surprised I was that we only had three entries. I realize that it is most likely due to the fact that my blog is only two months old and not yet established. I do so appreciate all of you that have been visiting and participating so far and hope that I can continue to draw you back for more. New Pink Contest "Am I Obsessed or What?"

Well, most of you were wimps in the last contest, but I really shouldn't talk for I wouldn't do it either. So here we go again with another pink contest for you less daring pink ladies.

Do you love pink so much that it has taken over your life and home? Do you snatch up everything you can find in pink? Well here is your chance to show the world just how obsessed you are with pink.

Is your whole world Pink?

Just how obsessed are you?

Do you live in a pink house own a pink car or maybe fly around in a pink jet?

Do you dress your pets in Pink?

Or maybe even your man?

Is your kitchen filled pink appliance, pink dishes, pots & pans and pink utensils?

Does your bedroom, living room or bathroom.................. scream pink?

How about your little girls room....Is it saying? Pink ...Mommy...Pink!

Is everything in your closet....shoes, purses, coats, slippers and more all pink?

Do you sit around day dreaming of being a star?

The "Queen of Pink Obsession?"

Well, here is your chance to shine and prove to the world that you are indeed the

"Queen of Pink Obsession"

Take a picture with as much of your pink stuff in it as you can. Each photo must verify that it is indeed your photo and your pink stuff by having a card or paper visible and large enough in the photo that says :

"My Pink Stuff"

You can submit as many as two photos for entry. So try and get in as much of your pink in to each one.

All entries must be emailed to me @ themanyshadesofpink@gmail.com by Wednesday January the 7th

Entries will be posted Pink Saturday January the 10th for two weeks to be voted on by your fellow pink ladies. Polls will close on January 23rd @6:00PM Eastern Time and the winner will be announce Saturday, January 24th. We will also have a second place runner-up.

"DO YOU DARE" Winner Is!

The polls closed Friday 12-26-08 @ 6PM Eastern Time and the numbers are in. Wow, what a close race this contest was right from the start especially between Joy and Sarah. They were neck and neck every day almost hour to hour, every day their numbers increased almost the same as they pursued with persevering attention to win. They really put their best foot forward or should we say their pink heads. At aprox 9:AM this morning they were tied with 135 votes each..................

But, holy cow........about 10:00 AM this morning the polls went crazy and the numbers began to change faster then the speed of lightning. Every few minute sometime seconds, votes started pouring in for Sarah. I understand a friend of hers sent out over a thousand emails to friends pleading for votes for Sarah. Wow.......that is what I call true dedication.

It saddens me that only one can be our first place winner for I have never seen two girls work so diligently as they did......but we must go by the actual voting poll.

Are you one of those people who absolutely love the color pink? Do you love it so much that it's gone to your head? I mean literally gone to your Head? If not then here is your chance to prove your are a True Pink Lady.

I am having a contest to see who really is a true lover of the color pink so much that they will color their hair pink for a contest. One says...Well .....tell me what the prize is first!

Believe it or not it will be for a million dollar bill. That's right here it is in full view on my computer.

It's all yours if you dare to color, paint or tint your hair pink and are the lucky winner. You will need to enter a photo of you before and after with your pink hair to be entered in the contest.

Oh No!, Not More Pink Flamingos

No, this is not another pink flamingo, yet a beautiful Shabby Chic Pink Peacock.

We have seen so many pink flamingos in our life time, how about something new. Check out our pink peacock. When I first found these peacocks at a estate sale they were sitting on a shelve looking so sheepishly ashamed of their ugly all over brown color. I stood for awhile trying to image what I could do with them ....was it worth taking them home. I then thought, why not refinish them in pink like you do with just about everything you touch lately. I did so and love the way they came out. I now have one standing so proud as a peacock should in my shabby chic office.

Well, I now have two all over pink peacocks and I am selling one of them @ Shoppes on Boutique Drive. So for all you girls or guys who love the color pink and just can't find enough pink things to surround yourself with, then this would be a great addition to your home.

Every girl should have a Pink Peacock, don't you agree?
